A concert of New England compositions, afternoon of March 26th.
Open Sing from the Sacred Harp at the New England Folk Festival,
Natick, Massachusetts, 10:00 AM Sunday morning. About 50 minutes of
singing in convention format with volunteer leaders;
not a concert, but you are welcome
to participate in the singing or listen as you choose.
Music will be provided.
Melrose Historical Society
Ten Thousand Charms, Early American Sacred Songs from the
Shape Note Tradition. Thursday 2006 April 27th at 8:00pm in GAR Hall,
590 Main Street, Melrose, Massachusetts. Sung by Twenty-Eight Voices
(about half members of Norumbega Harmony).
Ingalls Centennial Sing, Newbury, Vermont
Norumbega Harmony will be performing in the evening concert
Saturday, 2006 July 22. Details at

New England Convention
The 2006 New England Sacred Harp Convention will be held in the
Providence, Rhode Island area the weekend of September thirtieth.
