Here are the PDF files: Cantus, Altus, Bassus.

These were originally transcribed in ABC. The ABC source is still valid for the notes, but the lilypond contains a lot of information about the typesetting. MIDI is a bad way to communicate music typesetting, but is often the only language two different programs can use to communicate. Some people find the MIDI files useful to practice with, though.
