Serpent Publications is dedicated to providing music suitable for playing in the home.
The first music published for that purpose was the sixteenth century polyphony which English speakers know best in the madrigals of Thomas Morley.
We specialize in editions of Renaissance Polyphony with modern clefs but otherwise containing the same information as the original players would have had. That is, there are not editorial barlines or other groupings. Any editorial emendations are clearly marked, and the parts are presented separately rather than in a score.

in the past you mentioned your interest in the Lilypond – lute tablature.
I have continued using Lilypond to produce tablatures, both lute and lyra viol ones, from 2.10.33, and now on 2.14.2.
